Overview

Evolved from the original Touring, the Touring GT retains the quality of build and luxury that its predecessor was known for but with a contemporary design and a host of improvements ensuring that it remains a firm favourite amongst operators and passengers alike.

Variety

The Touring GT is built on a the new Mercedes-Benz chassis. A wealth of new features are available including optional fitment of the new Mercedes Power-Shift 3 Automated Gearshift. Add to this the latest Mercedes fuel efficient Euro VI 7.7L 238bhp engine, the Touring GT offers a driving experience second to none. 41 seats with a class leading 7cubic meters luggage make this the perfect 10m option.

For coach operators who are looking for PSVAR compliant vehicles, UNVI Touring GT will meet all the requirements and retaining maximum number of seat, luggage space and returning 16-17mpg.

And for those who require something a little more unique with their expertise UNVI can create a bespoke Touring GT interior tailored to meet the operator’s individual requirements.

Comfort and safety

Highlights include generous leg room for optimum passenger comfort, a class leading luggage capacity and continental door as standard. Its has a “sky view” roof so passengers can enjoy the sights. Driving reliability increases with the brake assist (AEBS) as well as the lane departure warning system (LDWS).

Passenger Saloon

The TOURING GT has an interior space that will win over even the most demanding clients. Comfortable and captivating, it creates a unique atmosphere that exudes a fascinating feeling of spaciousness thanks to the space between seats (resulting in more free space for passengers’ legs), its large windows and the panoramic views it offers through the ‘sky view’ roof. The space also has various levels and different kinds of seats available, depending on the intended service. A full multimedia system can even be installed if the client wishes. The list of onboard services is completed with the option of installing a bathroom. All of these extras ensure every journey on board a TOURING GT is a real pleasure.

Driver Area

Similarly to the passenger saloon, the driver’s space is designed to guarantee a secure, comfortable driving experience. The version with the front engine has an exclusive door for the driver while all models include an accessible, functional dashboard that facilitates improved handling and control of the vehicle. Glove compartments are also included and wing mirrors help to increase visibility.

Luggage Capacity

The Touring GT class leading 7 cubic meters large boot along with the storage compartments situated on both sides (which are used to store luggage and which also aid bus operation) are very practical and easy to clean and maintain.
